Just to keep you up dated on the progress at the centre.
Firstly, the Big news is we have successfully applied for a grant of just over £100,000 the funding will go towards the full time development worker and purchase of a mini bus for the centre - which will be available for community groups in the area.
New Development Worker - Secondly we have recently appointed Elenor Gilbey as our Development worker - Elinor started last Monday and would welcome you at the centre - if you have any ideas for the centre why not call over for a chat with Elinor to see if the centre can accommodate you.
Refurbishment - The centre has been closed for two weeks to allow the refurbishment works to be done - we have removed the partition wall thus providing us with a large roomand the continued option of the two room facility, so if you need a function room for your event just call round.
100 Club - The second term of the 100 clubisuponus so please could you re-new your membership with Andrew Dady or member of the committee who sold your first number.
Activities - We currently hold Mother and Toddler group sessions, Yoga and Zumba please support these and any other activities contact Elinor at the centre (01639 830406).
