Two Betws in Need fundraising events are taking place in the next two months; This Saturday, September 8, there will be an Elton John tribute evening at the Plough and Harrow, Betws with Betws’s own Mr Owen Bailey.
The evening will start at 8pm, a buffet will be available and all proceeds will go to Betws in Need. Thanks to Guilo for arranging the evening.
On Friday October 26 the Pumpkin Competition weigh-in will take place at Betws Rugby Club. More details will be announced later.
Anyone needing help to carry very large pumpkins to the weigh-in can contact any Betws in Need member.
