Llandybie Friends of Tenovus held a very successful concert at theMemorialHall Llandybie on Friday June 15. The artists for the evening were Bois y Castell of Llandeilo who kept us well entertained during the evening with a variety of songs and also solos from two choir members.

A substantial amount was raised at the event, which was matched by the Barclays ‘Pound for Pound’.

The Group are also organising a Charity Golf Competition at Glynhir Golf Club on Friday August 3. The Format is 18 holes Stableford for teams of four. The entry is £100 per team to include coffee and bacon roll on arrival and a two course meal at the end. The next committee meeting is on Monday July 2 at 7.30pm.

Any newmembers welcome to help the Group celebrate their 30thAnniversary yearandalso raise funds to purchase a camera for the early detection of cancerous moles.
