BRYNAMAN is set to come alive with music as the village hosts its annual festival.
The festival, Gwyl y Gwter Fawr, will take place on Saturday, July 4.
Held on Brynaman RFC playing ground, the day will kick off with a Disney themed parade led by Gwaun cae Gurwen brass band, leaving the Derlwyn Arms at 1pm and heading down to the field via Mountain Road and Station Road.
The family fun-day out will have a host of stalls, children’s activities and entertainment.
The live music starts from 2.30pm and the line up includes Amman Valley rock band Peepshow, This River, Hocus Pocus, Monkey Butlers and headlining this year will be the UK’s original Stereophonics tribute band – Monophonics.
Entry price is £4, free for OAP’s and children under 12.
