AFTER thirty years starring in West End Musicals, including Evita, Cats, Chess and Les Miserables, TV appearances and worldwide concert tours, Swansea's Ria Jones returns for one night only to Swansea Grand Theatre on Saturday, December 6 at 7.30pm.

Ria’s Back! will feature a selection of songs and anecdotes from her remarkable career which all began upon Swansea Grand Theatre’s stage. On the night she will be joined by some special guests.

At nineteen Ria became the youngest actress ever to play the role of Eva Peron in the musical Evita. This was followed by her West End debut in the musical Chess, in which she played the roles of both Svetlana and Florence. Other credits include playing both Josephine and Monica in Romance Romance, Necrophorous in Nine at the Donmar Warehouse and Kim in the European premiere of the musical revue, Personals, at the New End Theatre, Hampstead.

Concerts have taken Ria worldwide from France and Belgium to South Africa, Singapore and Shanghai. She makes regular appearances as a guest soloist in Denmark, singing with all the major orchestras.
