Dynamic duo rally to top of class
PENYGROES racer Chris Jones, of CJ Autos, and codriver Ashley Trimble took part in the fourth round of theMSA Asphalt Rally Championship – The Rally of the Midlands – over the weekend and were content to come in sixth overall and first in their class.
After a bad start to the season when their GMF Motor Factors backed Ford Focus STI rolled on the first round of the Championship on the Epynt Ranges, Llandovery, they missed the following two rounds, but the pair are nowready for the remaining five rounds. The next round sees them head to Ireland for the AMCL round in Dublin.
