Show of support for Bryn Rovers' help

BRYN Rovers’ senior presentation evening is due to take place at the Derlwyn Arms, Brynaman, on May 26 from 7pm.

The club committee is urging everyone to turn up and show their support for Nigel and Maria Jones, who once again welcomed the club throughout the season through good times and bad times.

“Wewould like to offer a huge thank-you to Nigel and Maria for their backing,” said a club spokesman.

Bryn’s second string have also enjoyed an excellent year, winning the Reserve Division Cup and ending runners-up in Reserve Division One of the Neath and District League.

The first team avoided relegation in a very competitive league and the third team finished fourth in their division.

There was also a successful tour to Lloret del Mar, near Barcelona.
