The Ammanford 10k road race, sponsored by the Ammanford Lions Club, will see another host of dedicated athletes pounding their way through the town this weekend.

The race sets off from the Recreation Ground on Sunday at 11am. Entrants should gather from 9.30am.

Entry costs £5 for AAW affiliates and £7 for non-affiliates.

A range of trophies are on on offer in all categories, including male and female team prizes.

Organisers welcome entries on the day.
