Division Three West rugby new boys Llandeilo started training this week.

Sessions will be held on Mondays at 7.30pm at Cae William with new players welcome.

Last season’s undefeated Division 4 champions are looking forward to the challenge ahead.

Pre-season friendlies have been arranged with Division 1 side Bridgend, Loughor, Ammanford and Tenby.
