The annual Lee Horton Memorial Darts Tournament took place at Garnant Club at the weekend, drawing one of the best entries since the competition's inception.

The overall winner of the event was Kevin Jeffrey, who defeated Jordan Owens in the final.

The losing semi finalists were Chris Henderson and Peter Watkins.

Watkins also picked up the “highest out” prize with a superb 167 checkout.

Alannah Waters took the “furthest lady” accolade, and champion Jeffrey the “lowest number of darts” for his 11-dart finish.

Chief organiser Julie Horton has thanked everyone who supported the event in any way, donated raffle prizes, given messages of support, and also made donations, which saw £525 raised to date for the British Heart Foundation.

Julie is grateful to everyone involved and said Lee would have been proud of the turnout on a memorable day.
