Cwmaman’s bowlers came up short in their tough encounter at high-flying Llandybie on Saturday.

Despite the 30-shot margin of defeat, Cwm were still able to enjoy four league points from the loss, courtesy of two winning rinks, under skips Alan Thomas and Byron Davies.

Both other rinks went comfortably to the home side, under winning skips Brian Rees and T Evans, earning unbeaten Tybie another ten league points to add to their tally.

Encouragingly for Cwmaman, they again included two youngsters in Iestyn James and Shaun Phillips, suggesting the future of the club is in good hands.
