Betws Seconds will face a trip to Felinfoel in the preliminary round of the Llanelli and District Rugby Supporters Cup while Cefneithin are also on the road at Pontyberem.
The draw for the first round proper threw up an Amman Valley derby as Brynaman host Amman Quins.
Ammanford face a tough trip to Llandovery while Blaenau travel to Carmarthen Druids and Pantyffynnon go to Newcastle Emlyn. Tycroes visit the students in Lampeter.
Tumble could host Betws if the latter makes progress while Cefneithin, if victorious in their opener will go to Lampeter Town.
The draw was made at the District's AGM at Parc y Scarlets on Tuesday, August 4.
"As a District we are fortunate to have the continued support of the Llanelli and District Rugby Supporters Club as well as the Scarlets, who are sponsoring the league competitions again this year," said chairman Anthony Roberts.
"The inaugural Cup Finals Day at Parc y Scarlets at the end of last season was a big success and we hope it will generate interest in 2nd XV rugby which has been dwindling for some time."
The Llanelli District also has a vacancy for a League Fixture Secretary to help run the leagues and cup competitions.
"Bryan Phillips our current Fixture Secretary retired from the post at the AGM after many years of service and we need to appoint a replacement," said Mr Roberts.
Anyone interested in the post of League Fixture Secretary can contact District Secretary, Ellis Davies on 07971 032768.
