The 2nd XI maintained their unbeaten run with a win over luckless Johnstown, to record their ninth consecutive victory of the season.
The hosts made heavy weather of things in the first half, playing into a headwind, but scored two goals through Jamie Evans and Chris Hyde.
The second half was a different matter, with ten goals, scored by Stan Williams (3), Alex Arnold (2),Olli Ardolino (2), Tim Chapman, Rhodri Jones and Chris Hyde.
The four 16-year-olds, Mathew Howel, Nic Arnold, Arwel Gravel and Tim Chapman, have settled in well in their first year of senior football. More than half the match day squad of 14 are 18 and under which bodes well for the future of the club.
The team are home to Felinfoel next Saturday, with a 2.15pm kick off at the Rec.
