Cwmaman Veterans lost narrowly at Llangennech, going down 37-35.
John Milbourne, Alec Leslie and John Jones’ rink were beaten 18-12, but Norman Raeburn, Alun Morris and Byron Davies’ three managed a 23-19 victory in the other rink.
