Ynysmeudwy’s second string travelled to Bryn Rovers on Thursday evening and came away 2-1 winners as they looked to secure second spot in Reserve Division One.

The win leaves Athletic in pole position for the second promotion spot behind runaway league leaders Giants Grave and prove a welcome boost ahead Saturday’s Reserve Division One Cup semi-final against Sunnybank.
