Leaders Pont Cons A defeated Electric C 6-1, thanks to Jamie Tudor (50 clearance), Steve Doughton, Paul Doughton, Simon Williams and Kyle Steins.

Nick Walters and Alan Samson were on top for Upper Tumble Blues, beaten 5-2 at Legion Whites, while Richard Jones, Shane Wright and Mike Woods gave Snooker World A a 4-3 win at Matchroom A.

Jonathan Ball, Duane Griffiths, Steve Dunn and Adam Griffiths helped Pontarddulais Workmens’ defeat Llandybie RFC 5-2, Sion Isaac and Mark Hughes won for the latter. Llanecso B suffered a 5-2 loss at Llandybie Social A. Karl Evans, Roger Morgan, Peter Howatson and Lyndsey Pugh won for the Social.

In Division Two, one of the top games saw Bryn win 4-3 at Electric B while Reading Room Reds were beaten 4-3 on aggregate by Tycroes RFC A, for whom Martin Davies, Steve Francis and Tim Lewis were on the ball.

New Lodge B sealed a 5-2 win against Cons B while Kieran Evans, Darryl Treharne, Wyn Davies and Kevin Sellwood earned Pontyberem Workmens’ a 5-2 success against Reading Room Blues.

Carway A won 5-2 victory at Llanelli Cons A.

In the third division, high-flying Llandybie Social B, for whom Kristian Morris and Geraint Rees struck, were beaten 5-2 at Pont Cons C. Kristian Rees, Julian Williams, Tom Carey and Geraint Thomas hit back for the Bont.

Tim Walters (22, 23 & 46), Dai Lewis and Richard Friend gave Llandeilo Hall a 4-3 victory at Tycroes RFC B. M Day, Colin Jones and Clive Jones won for the RFC.

Dai Porter, Alan Hiddlestone, Hugh Williams, Jamie Bishop and Gary Thomas were on song for Pont Cons B in a 6-1 success at Ponthenri, whose solitary framewinner was Alan James.

Hywel Pritchard, Arwyn Pritchard, Matthew James, Richard Griffiths and Roy Foster won as Cross Hands A grabbed a 6-1 victory at Snooker World B. Callum Jackson won for the Ammanford men.
