TEEN TALENT: Ffion Jones of Cwmgors, a member of Dinefwr Indoor Bowls Centre’s Junior Section, has recently been selected to play for Wales.
A young star of the bowling green has received her first international call-up.
Ffion Jones from Cwmgors is just 13 years old but has been selected to join the Welsh Women U25s squad.
Ffion, who is a member of Dinefwr Indoor Bowls Centre’s Junior Section, will join the international squad for upcoming fixtures against Scotland and England in Nottingham later this month.
The teen prodigy, a pupil at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, has been playing indoor bowls since the age of eight.
