FRYER Simon Prior is all smiles after his fish and chip shop, Smiles, in Penn Road, Beaconsfield, hooked a national award.

Inspectors from the Sea Fish Industry Authority awarded him a Fryers Quality Award.
Simon, who took over the shop with his business partner Les, last September, is overjoyed after inspectors from the Sea Fish Industry Authority awarded the pair a Fryers Quality Award.
He said: "I love fish and chips. I think they're a great meal provided they are cooked properly.
"Too often fast food outlets put too much emphasis on profit. We felt it was important to let people know how serious we are in providing a quality product."
The Sea Fish Industry Authority was established in 1981 and the award scheme was set up to recognise fryers who excel in quality of product.
