Pauline Grant, of Chesham Bois, is the author of Careering Upwards The Definitive Job-Seeker's Guide to the Selection Process, which is due to be published early next month.
It is aimed not only at those looking for a job but companies who may be interested in terms of the range of interviewing techniques available to help them make a good decision.
Pauline, who is a MSc, has worked in management training and development, in consultancy with a psychology team and as an educational psychologist.
Pauline has put her knowledge to good use in her easy-to-read book. The various psychological tests described are all well explained.
