I HAVE been reading the correspondence on smoking with interest this week litter and thrown dog ends were mentioned so I am writing myself.
We live in a block of flats and upstairs residents stand on the balconies and smoke rather than pollute their own flats. In the summer, when our windows are open, our flat gets polluted with their smoke, plus the smokers just flick their dog ends irrespective of where they land.
The smell is bad enough but do we have to tolerate the litter too?
