WALKERS are hard at work raising money to help support the families of missing people.
The Missing Miles 2001 sponsored walk started from Edinburgh on May 27 and will end outside the Houses of Parliament on Sunday.
And walkers from South Bucks are set to add their efforts on Thursday when they join the walk from the Thames Path, Bourne End, to Bray Lock.
Bourne End resident, Anne Arton, will walk the walk, in aid of the National Missing Persons Helpline (NMPH), meeting the hundreds of other walkers coming from the Flower Pot Inn at Aston, Henley, at about 10am.
NMPH is a national charity which supports families of missing people and tries to find vulnerable missing people.
