WYCOMBE Arts Centre is not owned by Bucks County Council. It is owned by the Buckinghamshire public and should be managed by the county for what the public want.
They would have closed and knocked it down (Spring Gardens) in 1998 if they were ready to build but the district tried to make it look as if they were being wonderful although they closed down a really good school library service. A lot of the schools were really disappointed.
Years ago when business meetings were on, they complained about Milton Keynes receiving a lot of money from district rates to build the new town. Sons and daughters of people of the district were pushed out to go there.
Then when the town was built up the clever county management let Milton go out of the county so they don't have to put money into other districts of the county.
