I AM pleased to say that my recent tombola and gift stall at Wycombe Hospital was most enjoyable with a steady stream of customers all day. Even the sun shone for us.
I managed to keep going during the day despite still feeling under the weather.
To date the event has raised £175. I still have some Beanie Babies to sell which could bring the total to approximately £200.
My appeal to raise much-needed extra funds for the Intensive Care Unit now stands at £22,875.
Again I am indebted to local businesses and to many individuals who continue to support me year after year.
