CUTE moggy Cuddles is looking for someone who can live up to her name and give her a home.

The Blue Cross animal adoption centre in Chalfont St Peter is looking for a new home for the four-year-old cat who is suffering from stress due to the cattery environment.

Staff at the centre have spent a lot of time playing with Cuddles and her catnip mice to alleviate her problems, but nothing can substitute a new home.

Sam Holloway, deputy centre manager, said: "The cattery environment is causing her to become more distressed each day which is terrible to see. She really would make someone the most wonderful pet."

Cuddles formerly lived with two other cats which did not suit her. She needs a quiet home with no pets or small children.

She is very friendly and loving and can offer years of companionship and devotion.

To offer Cuddles a home call the centre on 01753 882560.
