THE Red Tail Falconry Display Team thrilled a group of schoolchildren with their aerial acrobatics. Pupils at Carrington Infants School in Chapel Road, Flackwell Heath, were treated to a talk on birds by the team which was followed by a spectacular display. Headteacher Marian Mole said the children had been particularly excited by an Eagle Owl known as Mrs Loppy. She added: "At one point during the display she flew up on to the roof of one of the buildings and did not want to come back down. The children all went inside and she was still up there when they came back. There was also a three-month-old owl from India which was still fluffy. The children really liked him as well." The display team, which is based in Essex, also allowed the older children to draw the birds in the afternoon.
