YOUTHS on a motorbike robbed an elderly woman and tried to steal from a middle-aged woman as they rode past and made a grab for their property.
The 58-year-old woman was walking opposite East Common, Gerrards Cross, at 1.45pm last Fridaywhen two people on a motorbike or scooter rode up behind her.
She moved to let them pass but the passenger attempted to snatch her handbag before they made off towards the A40.
Half an hour later two young men robbed a 76-year-old woman of her handbag andgroceries in Skylark Road, Tatling End.
The rear passenger grabbed the woman's handbag and groceries before they made off towards the A40.
Both driver and pillion were wearing light coloured helmets and tops, and were described as young and of slight build.
