THREE pupils from Pipers Corner School have been chosen to represent Bucks in the English Schools Cross Country Championships next month.
Hannah Graham (12) from Amersham has a place in the Bucks junior team, while classmate Hannah Chebsey, 12, from Great Missenden has been chosen as reserve.
Sixteen-year-old Helen Woods from Seer Green will be reserve for the intermediate team.
The three girls took part in the Bucks Cross Country Championships at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes to earn their place. Graham came fourth in the junior competition and Chebsey came in 14th. Woods finished tenth in the intermediate category.
Teacher Jackie McGonigle commented: "The junior girls ran an extremely competitive race against a very large field. This is an excellent achievement for all three girls."
