Thirty 13 and 14-year-olds entered a challenge competition run by High Wycombe Rotary Club for local schools in the area to design websites.
Talented Jessica Chandler took the top prize in the section with two other school pupils close behind and eight others highly commended.
Headteacher Tina Barnes was delighted, saying this was the first thing the school had won since she took over.
Wycombe High School won the section for older pupils.
The prizes will be presented at Wycombe Wanderers' ground at Adams Park on Tuesday.
About 350 pupils at Hatters Lane will be givenget a present of a sweatshirt, in the new school uniform of black, in time for next term and 140 11-year-old new startersjoining the school for the first time will get a free tie.
The cost is being £5,000 costs for the sweatshirts and ties is met by the Government's Fresh Start Scheme.
