Mr Bleakley, 25, who is originally of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, attended John Hampden School in Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, before gaining a degree in International Business with German at Plymouth University.
He first worked with Marriot in Hamburg during his third year in university and rejoined the Whitbread Hotel Company in London a year ago.
"I'm delighted with my achievement so far but am now focusing on my next goal which is to become one of the youngest general managers within the Whitbread Hotel Company." he said.
