PUPILS have been balancing the books instead of studying them by having a coin collection to raise money for their school library.
The seven and eight-years-olds from High Wycombe C of E Combined School, in Loakes Road, High Wycombe, are hoping to raise about £200 through children bringing in small change from home.
Penny Goalby, spokeswoman for the school, said: "They decided that the books were too old for them and they were out of date and looked a bit tatty. We are hoping to raise £200."
