MACMILLAN Cancer Relief will be holding its most successful annual fundraising event, the World's Biggest Coffee Morning, next month.
People from all over Bucks are being asked to participate by hosting their own coffee morning, either at home, at work, in shops, in schools or in local clubs.
The event on September 28 aims to raise awareness and money for the charity.
In Buckinghamshire, Macmillan is raising money for two nurses a chemotherapy clinical specialist nurse and a hospital support nurse.
Last year, more than £21,300 was distributed to people in financial difficulty as a result of their illness.
Macmillan Cancer Relief helps more than 200,000 people a year through funding essential services, such as specialist nurses and doctors, cancer centres and grants for patients.
