A RECENT letter about McDonald's was full of wrong information.
When the pub was a gay pub there were many objections. To the police, courts and council there many complaints when it returned to a pub with extended opening hours leading to problems from some customers.
The main objection to McDonald's is increased traffic, much of it off the M40,
and there will be litter and smells for residents. Last but not least one can hardly describe flipping hamburgers and chips as a welcome addition to the job market.
