WHAT has happened to the bus service since Arriva took over earlier in the year? Am I the only one who thinks it's gone from bad to worse?
As I work in Wycombe I have to use the buses regularly throughout the week. The buses concerned are the 345 and the 348. Why is it that most of the time the morning bus is either late or as on a few occasions it has been too early and I have missed it?
It's just as bad when travelling home!
Sometimes I work late and have to get the 348 home. This either runs about 15 minutes late or doesn't run at all,and with no explanation.
I'm getting fed up with it and have sent Arriva an e-mail but whether they read it is another matter.
It would be interesting to know whether anyone else feels the same and as suffered as much as I have.
It's bad enough having to travel to and from work on the bus,without having to put up with this situation every day.
Let's hope someone from Arriva reads this and realises how unreliable they are
