DIABETES sufferers and their carers can find out about treatments and products for the condition at a roadshow being held at Wycombe Hospital.
National charity Bexhill Diabetic is holding the event between 9.30am and 3.30pm at the Chiltern Medical Centre at the hospital on Saturday.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with companies responsible for providing treatments and products for the 2.4 million UK sufferers, and the estimated one to two million who remain undiagnosed.
The highlight of the roadshow will be a demonstration of the new Personal Lasette from Cell Robotics a machine which extracts blood for sampling using laser technology which will make needles a thing of the past.
Jack Jackson, Bexhill Diabetic show organiser, said: "It always surprises us how many diabetics are unaware of the range of products and help that is now available to them.
