EXCITED students have embarked on a South African experience which is not only improving their netball skills but is also giving them a taste for African culture.
The two week tour began in Pretoria on Monday where the girls from Pipers Corner School, in Great Kingshill, are staying with host families.
The tour extends to Sun City and finally Cape Town where the girls will enjoy a variety of excursions and a well-earned rest after all their netball tournaments.
Head of PE at the school and trip organiser, Karen Warwick, said: "This is an ideal opportunity for the girls to improve their netball skills and experience a new culture and environment."
