JUST writing to commend the staff at Petworld, Focus Do It All in High Wycombe.
My family and I have always been avid animal lovers and each of us do know a little about the animals we keep. We went into the store a few weeks ago and spoke to several of the staff about the care of the different animals.
Well, I was very pleasantly surprised at the staff's knowledge in the care and well-being of the animals they keep there.
I know the staff have come under attack again and again but let me remind you, my family and I didn't hold back with the questioning. We literally grilled the poor boys and girls on animal care and they passed with flying colours.
My family and I go regularly, not to buy, but just to chat with the staff. I'm sure we must take up most of their valuable time but we just love to talk animals.
