REVELLERS saw in the new year with a performance from a leading member of the National Children's Orchestra.
The Musical Rendezvous society held its annual New Year's Eve dinner in The Fitzwilliams Centre, Beaconsfield.
The evening included a performance by 13-year-old violin sensation Charlotte Reid, who wowed the audience after dinner.
The evening was held in aid of the Wexham Heart Trust.
Society director David Owen said: "The evening was a great success and we raised about £400 for charity.
"There was a real party spirit in the air and everybody seemed to have a really great time."
Other highlights of the varied programme included a performance of Blue Danube and Helen Witney and her six-year-old daughter Saskia performing extracts from The Sound of Music.
