MALCOLM Gallagher, writer and presenter of the BBC BizVision series, will be giving a seminar on customer service in Gerrards Cross next month.

Recent research by KPMG Consultants has shown that 43 per cent of businesses did not know why they lost customers while almost 50 per cent said they could not identify which customers were considering moving to competitors.

The seminar will be part of the BizVision series and has been specially designed to help businesses discover the benefits of close relationships with customers
