MOST students are normally quite pleased to see the end of the academic year.
Many have worked hard and are looking forward to finishing their courses after a long slog.
That's why the burglary of £35,000 worth of computers at Amersham and Wycombe college must have been so devastating to graphic and design students whose courses have been thrown into disarray.
The thieves who stole these computers clearly had no regard for the students or their work.
Maybe the lack of empathy was down to the fact that they were probably too stupid to do anything with their lives.
College bosses have offered a reward for information that leads to their capture.
It shows how seriously they have taken this crime. Let's hope it leads to the culprits being found and given the punishment they deserve.
