UNEMPLOYED Anthony Agyepong, who committed a number of driving offences, will have points put on his driving licence when he gets one.
The 36-year-old appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Monday for sentence after previously being convicted of driving with no insurance, driving other than in accordance with a licence and having no test certificate.
Balbir Seyan, prosecuting, told the court that Agyepong was caught by police on July 20 at Baring Road, High Wycombe.
Agyepong, of Kilburn, London, told the court a friend lived in the area and he used his car just to 'drive around the block'.
He said he knew he had no insurance or licence and there was 'no point in telling lies' but it never occurred to him that he may be caught as he was just popping out.
Agyepong was fined £65 and given six penalty points for driving with no insurance, to remain on his licence for four years when he gets one.
For driving other than in accordance with a licence he was fined £60, ordered to pay £20 for no MOT and £35 costs.
