WELL done PC Mark Hagan. Speaking as one of the 165 families, does not your article writer realise there is a war going-on on our roads today?
There should be more, not less, and higher penalties for the offenders.
I would like to invite your article writer to our house this Christmas to see the effect of the loss of a loved one killed by speed!
