IT was a landslide victory for Labour in one part of Buckinghamshire, with the Conservatives nowhere.
But, unfortunately for Mr Blair, this was not in the general election, but at Great Missenden School, Church Street, Great Missenden.
Pupils learnt about the political process by holding an election themselves.
Parties were formed, leaders were chosen and hustings were held, with Jack Brien, 11, acting as returning officer.
The voting took place on the same day as the general election.
Deputy headteacher Rozalyn Thomson said April Knowler, 11, of the Labour For You Party was the runaway winner, polling 102 votes, more than 34 votes better than second place the Tomorrow Party.
Mrs Thomson said the initiative helped children learn about elections in a fun way.
