STUDENTS will gather together today to pay tribute to their well-loved friend Christopher Noel who was found dead at the bottom of a multi-storey car park.

Friends from Henley College are due to speak about the popular 18-year-old student who was discovered lying near the Dovecot car park in High Wycombe last Tuesday.

The event has been organised by the student union and will be held outside the college building in Deansfield Avenue, in Henley-on-Thames, today at noon.

Peter Allen, vice principal at the college, said: "There will be a tribute from all the students who knew him.

"He was known by a lot of the students and was a popular and fun young man, quite an extrovert.

"I think many of them are still feeling quite devastated by it all so this will be a chance for them to speak about their friend."

The teenager was due to sit A-level exams and had been offered a place at Leicester University to study business and psychology.

A post mortem found that Christopher had died of multiple skull fractures and a head injury.

An inquest was opened and adjourned last Friday.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious and are not looking for anyone in connection with the incident.
