Elizabeth Diane James
A 29-year-old man has appeared in court charged with causing the death of a Tycroes grandmother by dangerous driving.
Darren Craig Davies, of Wood Lane, Partington, Trafford, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 7 to confirm his name and address.
The charge was put to Davies, which alleged on April 6, he caused the death of Elizabeth Diane James by driving a Volvo skip loader dangerously along the A40 Rhosmaen in Llandeilo.
The case will be next heard at Swansea Crown Court on January 5.
Davies has been given unconditional bail until then.
