Residents of the Amman Valley and the surrounding area are being urged to get on their bikes by former Wales International Shane Williams.
Following on from the success of Tour de Shane, Man-UP UK are teaming up with the rugby legend once again, this time in his own back yard for the Amman Adventure.
The event will be based at Amman Utd RFC on Sunday, October 15 where cyclists will be able to explore the surrounding countryside, which has been rated as amongst some of the best cycling roads in the UK.
There are two routes on offer - the 50 miler and 80 miler – which both start in the Amman Valley and take in The Black Mountain and also the Breacon Beacons.
The ride is suitable for all abilities and will be a fundraiser for Shaun Davies and his family in support of Velindre Cancer Care.
