A woman has been taken to hospital after a car overturned and fell down a ditch on the A48 between Cross Hands and Llanddarog.
The incident occurred around 4.30pm this afternoon on the westbound of the A48 causing congestion on the road.
A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 4.29pm on Monday to reports of a one-vehicle crash on the A48 between Cross Hands and Llanddarog.
“Fire crews from Tumble and Ammanford were sent to the scene.”
Dyfed-Powys Police has confirmed that only one vehicle was involved in the incident.
One female has been taken to Glangwili Hospital, but it’s not thought that she was seriously injured.
