An Amman Valley couple have been left devastated after their son's motorbike was stolen from their garage in Upper Brynaman.

The KTM 85 was reported missing from a garage on Cwmgarw Road by owners Leighton and Nichola Davies this morning, March 28.

The bike is white, blue and red and a 2012 model.

Mrs Davies said: “The bike was purchased as a Christmas present for my 11-year-old son in December and he had been waiting for three years for it.

"The bike is worth around £1,400."

A quad bike is also kept in the same secure garage, but was not stolen.

Police have been informed and are currently investigating the theft.

The Davies family are urging for anyone who has any information to contact PC 1089 at Ammanford police station on 101.
