There are reports that a car has crashed after being involved in a police chase through Pontarddulais this afternoon.
The incident caused a multi-vehicle collision at the traffic lights in St Teilo Street.
Eyewitnesses have said that the vehicle involved in the "chase" was seen "speeding past Hendy school" just before the collision.
The road was closed for a period but has now re-opened.
The police and ambulance have been contacted for a comment on the incident.
