"Directly after the accident happened, we made a decision to close the trampolines until further notice.

“This was not decided due to safety of the trampolines but rather as a precaution until we had understood fully what had happened. The trampolines will remain closed until Saturday, October 4.

"Maintenance was carried out on the trampolines on September 30 and once completed was checked for safety. I can confirm that the trampolines were checked after the accident and no safety issues were found.

"Safety is a priority in any sport or play industry and I would like to assure all our customers that we take very important steps in order to keep our equipment safe to use and enjoyable for everyone.

"Unfortunately this lady has suffered an injury from an accident involving the trampolines but we would like to remind everyone that this accident was not caused by the trampolines."
