Every student who sat the Welsh for Adults examinations in Carmarthenshire this year was successful.
A 100 per cent pass rate has been announced for all three levels - Mynediad, Sylfaen and Canolradd.
Carmarthenshire County Council’s executive board member for the Welsh language Councillor Mair Stephens said: “Many congratulations to all who sat the Welsh for Adults examinations this year in Carmarthenshire.
“We are pleased to announce a full pass rate in all levels. The learners have worked hard to achieve their qualifications.”
A new course programme is now being launched with copies being made available in a number of public areas including libraries, post offices, shops, community learning and centres.
The programme is also available online on the council website at carmarthenshire.gov.uk.
It includes a range of once-a-week courses from beginners to GCSE equivalent level.
In addition, for those who attended courses last year, and would like to brush up before starting next term, a revision course will take place at Griffith Jones Centre, St Clears, from September 1 to 4, from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
There will be different levels including a taster course for those who are yet to commence on their language learning journey.
Further details, online booking and payment is available for this course, look for Cwrs y Fferi on the Carmarthenshire website.
Anyone who would like advice and guidance regarding the correct level for them, or if they would like to order a programme to be posted out, call 01267 246862 or 01267 246662.
